1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Order Verification: Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. We will notify you if any delays occur.

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 11 AM – 12 PM will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping

    • Free Shipping: Applicable for all domestic orders.

  • International Shipping

    • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7 days

    • Expedited International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3 days

    • Free International Shipping: We don't offer INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING right now

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, and external factors.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the Order Tracking Page and entering your order number and email address.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service for assistance.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military locations.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • THE M STORE is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

  • If a package is refused due to high customs charges, the customer will be liable for any return or disposal costs.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • THE M STORE is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.

  • If your order shows as delivered but hasn't been received, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • If your package arrives damaged, email us at mstorexshopify@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items.
